When a complaint is received, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, investigate the matter fully and fairly, keep you updated where necessary, and provide a written outcome within 10 to 15 working days where possible.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, the matter may be escalated in line with the requirements of our Scheme Provider and Consumer Code.
Dispute Resolution / Escalation Wording
If we are unable to resolve a complaint directly, the matter may be escalated through our Scheme Provider, NAPIT, and our Consumer Code provider, RECC, who will advise on the next stage of dispute resolution in line with the applicable complaints process.
